Refund and Cancellations
At Ultimatix365, we strive to provide high-quality courses and excellent customer service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to request a refund or cancel your enrollment. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations.
- Refund Policy:
- Course Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a course you have purchased, you may request a refund within [number of days] days from the date of enrollment. Refunds will only be issued if you have not completed more than 40% of the course content and do not meet your expectations.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@ultimatix365.in with your name, email address, course name, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process the refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refund Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If you have completed more than 50% of the course content.
- If you have violated our Terms and Conditions.
- If the refund request is made after 7 days from the date of enrollment.
- If the course was purchased through a third-party platform or reseller. In such cases, you must contact the third-party platform or reseller directly for refund requests.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Course Cancellations: You may cancel your enrollment in a course at any time before the course start date. If you cancel your enrollment before the course start date, you will receive a full refund.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your enrollment, please contact our customer support team at support@ultimatix365.in with your name, email address, and course name. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Cancellation Exceptions: Course cancellations made after the course start date are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. In such cases, you must provide documentation to support your request for a refund.
